Check In & Departure Times
Room check-in is from 16.00 on the day of arrival. Rooms should be vacated by 10.30 on the day of departure.

Reservation Deposit & Payment 
A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per room is required at the point of booking. Accounts are payable
on departure and may be paid by cash, cheque (with a valid guarantee card) or credit card.card.

One Night Only
Single nights may be booked from Monday to Thursday or occasionally at weekends by prior arrangement –
please telephone for details.

Single Occupancy
Single nights may be booked from Monday to Thursday or occasionally at weekends by prior arrangement –
please telephone for details. A single night supplement will be charged.

Cancellations

The following charges may be made for cancellation or curtailment of stay:

Over 4 weeks notice – Nil – of quoted holiday cost
2-4 weeks notice – 30% of quoted holiday cost
1-2 weeks notice – 40% of quoted holiday cost
Under 1 week’s notice – 66% of quoted holiday cost

Please note that no charges are made if we are able to fill the room by another booking.

We recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance cover.
